Lay flat on the floor, lift your legs, using elbows support your torso to keep legs straight in the air. Hold this position for 1 to 2 minutes. Return legs to flat position.

Exercise 2:
Lay flat on the bed with your head hanging down over the side. Hold this position for 1 to 2 minutes .Sit up.
Do either one of these exercises every day.

Brushing exercise:
Buy a brush with firm bristles, not too hard and not too soft. From a standing position bend over from the waist so your head is down. Brush with firm strokes all over your head. Do this for 1 to 2 minutes every day. Don’t brush too hard or your scalp will be sore, you should get a nice tingly feeling like massaging the scalp.

Two years ago my husband, Chris, started to get a thin patch on the crown of his head and it was quite plainly getting worse. He bought a small plastic palm brush from the local supermarket and massaged his head for a couple of minutes every day. • Cut or trim hair regularly to keep split ends to a minimum.

If you work in an industry such as heavy metal or mining, be aware that it’s possible to have levels of toxins like lead or mercury in the system. These types of toxins can interfere with natural hair regrowth and help to cause hair loss.

Most shampoos contain Sodium Lauryl Sulphate to generate lather, this is a chemical used in commercial cleaners. If you wish to avoid using chemicals look for a more natural product, just remember to read the label first.
